In ProjectWise XM, you can now create Global Views in the ProjectWise Administrator by going to Views > New > View. Once you have created a Global View, you can make that view the default view for your datasource.
You can override the default application assigned to a file type by using the Open With command in the ProjectWise Explorer. Select the desired program from the list of applications in the Open With dialog box or use the Browse button to select the executable. Selecting the "Always use this program" option will make that application the default program for the selected file type. This change only effects the settings for the currently logged in user.
