Shipping & Handling Policy
KnowledgeBase Online orders can be entered 7 days a week and 24 hours per day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday except for holidays and scheduled business closings. Saturday and Sunday are not included in delivery times. We strive to ship all in stock orders within 72 business hours, excluding holidays and scheduled business closings. For expedited processing of your order call our customer service department at 310-697-3745. UPS pick ups are Monday - Friday, 2:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please contact KnowledgeBase customer service should you have any questions. Please plan accordingly so materials will arrive in a timely manner.
An additional handling fee will be charged for all orders that are shipped on a Purchase Order request.
All shipments from the KnowledgeBase Online Bookstore will be shipped via UPS Ground.

Second Day Air via UPS is available only in the U.S.
Next Day Air via UPS is available only in the Continental U.S.

The times given on the Shipping Selection screen reflect the time it takes the shipping agency to deliver the package and does not account for processing time. We strive to ship all in stock orders within 72 business hours.
The cost reflected on the Shipping Selection screen is for Shipping and Handling costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us at anytime for any reason. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per business or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors or not in our best interest.In the event that a credit card has already been charged, and an order subsequently cancelled, KnowledgeBase Consulting Group LLC will issue a refund to the credit card account in the amount of the charge in 3-5 business days. If a change or cancellation to an order occurs, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
For any orders outside of the U.S. a minimum purchase of 10 training manuals must be placed. Shipping fees are standard and cannot be altered at anytime for orders outside of the U.S. Orders outside of the U.S. will take an additional 3-5 business days to process.
The customer has the right to cancel the order prior to shipping. once an order has been shipped, the customer can no longer cancel their order.
